The first trailer for the latest season of Ryan Murphy’s hit anthology series, American Horror Story is here – and it’s as creepy as you’d expect.

The fifth season of American Horror Story is perhaps the most talked about yet – with four acclaimed seasons already under it’s belt, the departure of series matriarch Jessica Lange and the announcement of Lady Gaga taking on the role of The Countess, everyone can’t wait to see what horrors lie behind the hotel doors.

The 30 second clip gives next to nothing away, but we do see a glimpse of series newbies Matt Bomer and Cheyenne Jackson – and of course, Gaga looking particularly scary.

American Horror Story: Hotel is set to premiere on October 7, 2015.
