Actor Michael B Jordan and director Ryan Coogler posed together for an intimate Vanity Fair photoshoot and people lost their minds.

Vanity Fair published an in-depth interview with Michael B. Jordan and director Ryan Coogler last week. The pair have collaborated on two films together, Rocky reboot Creed and indie film, Fruitvale Station. But it seems that keyboard warriors were more focused on the accompanying photo than the interview.

Of course, comments on social media came flooding in, saying that the “highly suggestive picture” is “emasculating”.

On the plus side, many more tweeters and commenters came forward criticising those offended for “over-sexualising” the image of two straight black men – adding, what’s wrong with being gay anyway?
