Béar Féile 2025 has unveiled its full schedule, before hitting Dublin later this spring. Members of the bear community can look forward to an impressive lineup of events which will take over the capital with a four-day schedule of activities running from Thursday, March 20 to Sunday, March 23.
Founded in 2010, Béar Féile is an annual celebration of Ireland’s bear community. The event is organised by Dublin Bears, a social group “run by gay men for gay men of all ages who identify as bears or admirers”.

The festivities will kick off on Thursday evening with a Meet & Greet at Penny Lane, followed by the highly anticipated Welcome Night at Bridie’s Bar at The George, hosted by DJ Gerry Moore.
The following day will continue to surpass expectations, with the traditional Bear Céilí in Street 66, followed by the fantastic Glitter Bear with DJs Neal O’Hara and Sean Long.
Saturday afternoon will feature a free Bingo Disco hosted by Mc Shane, before the party moves to The Button Factory for the highly anticipated Mr. Bear Ireland 2025 competition. Hosted by the one and only Panti Bliss, there will also be music from Upbeat Generation and DJ Corky. The event will be streamed by GCN as contestants battle it out for the honour of representing Dublin Bears for the next year.
The spectacular festival will conclude with the well-acclaimed Cabaret Bear Bus Tour with Kris Capelli. Attendees will be able to start winding down with Bear Sauna in The Boilerhouse and, for those with still some energy in them, they can give Bear Bingo a try.

Chairman Neal O’Hara, who attended his first Béar Féile in 2023, shared his excitement: “We are all really looking forward to this year’s Bear Feile 2025 which will include firm favourites like Bear Céilí and The Cabaret Bear Bus Tour. The main event will feature a local 7-piece live band called Upbeat Generation who will be playing plenty of pop music before Panti puts the Mr Bear Ireland contestants through their paces before finishing the night with DJ Corky.”
Tickets for this unmissable occasion are available now on the website, where you can also find information on various ticket packages and activity options.
