A gay couple made sports history by becoming the first same-sex couple to lock lips for the famous kiss-cam during a National Hockey League game in Los Angeles.

Sports fans went crazy at a recent NHL game between the LA Kings and the Toronto Maple Leafs – not rooting for their favourite teams, but for a sweet kiss-cam moment.

As the kiss-cam scanned the crowd for couples at Staples Centre in LA last Thursday, spectators went wild when it landed on Brad Parr and his partner, Andy Evans. The cute moment is the first time that a gay couple have been featured on the kiss-cam at a hockey game.
