Those gorgeous Dublin Bears are all set to celebrate six years of hairy happenings with their biggest birthday bash yet!

It’s been six years since a small group of guys got together in Dublin to run the very first Béar Féile, the success of which spurred them on to create Dublin Bears.

Since those early days, Dublin Bears has grown in strength, popularity and numbers, establishing connections with other groups around the world bringing international club nights such as The BIG Scrum (UK) and Bearacuda (USA) to Dublin, and working closely with and providing mutual support to other community groups and media outlets such as Geared Ireland, GCN and Gay Switchboard Ireland.

As seen on Oprah (wouldn’t we all love to be able to say that?), the star of Dublin Bears Big Birthday Bash is gay muscle bear comedian (wouldn’t we all love – well, some of us to be able to say that?) Peter Bisuito (pictured above). Following Peter’s performance you can dance your little bear asses off to the musical genius that is GALAS 2016 Award nominee, El Styra until 3am (ish).
