This year, Gay Switchboard Ireland will be taking part in Dublin City Council’s Park(ing) Day on the September 19 from 10AM til late in parking spaces on Capel Street.

On September 19, Dublin City Council are turning car parking spaces into public parks, games or art installations for the whole day. The aim of Park(ing) Day is “to promote creativity, civic engagement, critical thinking, unscripted social interactions, generosity and play and to raise awareness for groups and organisations such as Gay Switchboard.”

Gay Switchboard Ireland be there to chat to people about their services and answer queries people may have also during the day.
