JOE.ie and a panel of speakers celebrate the historic YES vote in Ireland’s marriage equality referendum, at a special event at Electric Picnic.

Heading down to Stradbally this weekend? JOE.ie have put together a special panel of activists who were instrumental in galvanising the community to secure a YES vote in the marriage equality referendum on May 22, 2015.

Speaking on the panel are some key players behind the YES campaign including: 

Rory O’Neill aka Panti Bliss; The Irish Times columnist, Una Mullally; the street artist behind the incredible marriage equality mural on Georges Street, Joe Caslin; Minister Aodhán Ó Ríordáin; Patrick Sweeney of YES Equality and our very own Lisa Connell from GCN (Gay Community News)

The event kicks off at 10.30AM on Sunday morning at the Body&Soul Main Stage.
