Katherine Heigl and Alexis Bledel the knot in new lesbian rom-com ‘Jenny’s Wedding’.

Katherine Heigl, known for super-hetero romantic comedies 27 Dresses, The Ugly Truth and New Year’s Eve, stars in a twist on the super cheesy genre – and to be honest, we’re kind of looking forward to seeing it.

Heigl stars as Jenny, a 30-somethings “singleton” (or so her parents believe) who decides to marry her partner, Kitty (played by Rory Gilmore herself, Alexis Bledel).

Jenny has been firmly in the closet all her life, but as her relationship progresses, she is forced to come out to her clueless parents that tell them that she is gay and engaged to “roommate” Kitty.
