Kylie fans are in for a treat today as the singer’s much talked about collaboration with Dev Hynes has surfaced, and it’s all for a good cause that’s close to home for the 45 year-old singer.

Crystallize is a typical classic Kylie track with more than a slight nod to her last legitimately big mainstream hit, All The Lovers. Scissor Sister’s ‘BabyDaddy’ assists on the songs production duties alongside Dev Hynes (Solange, Blood Orange).

The track is being made available in aid of Aprec’s One Note To Cancer, which you can find out all about in a rather informative video. Donations can be made directly to the cancer research charity on its website.

Minogue is a cancer survivor having being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005 leading to the postponement of her ShowGirl Greatest Hits tour. Her hospitalization and treatment resulted in a period of intense media coverage especially in her home country, Australia. The entertainer made a full recovery and resumed touring in November 2006.
