It’s a Nordic pop fantasy come to reality – Robyn and Royksopp have released the video clip for SayIt, a pulsating synth-driven track from their upcoming collaborative mini-album, and it sounds just as runway-ready you’d expect.

Robyn, known for her trademark ‘heartbreak on the dancefloor’ anthems like With Every Heartbeat and Dancing On My Own, previously collaborated with the critically acclaimed electronic duo on The Girl and The Robot, a track from their 2009 album Junior.

The Sandberg & Timonen-directed clip is a collaboration with H&M, the world’s second-largest clothing retailer, and sees the usually androgynous singer wearing a dress, which she described as being “scary”.

Speaking about their vision for the video, Svein Berge, who makes up Royksopp together with Torbjourn Brundtland, said, “We wanted it to look both unsettling and elegant”.

Their collaborative five-track mini-album, Do It Again, will be released on May 26 and also features the Pop-leaning title track and the aptly-named Monument.

Robyn and Royksopp will embark on a tour together this summer, including a set at the Latitude festival in the UK on July 19.
