SNL's Kate McKinnon Nails Hilarious 'Carol' Parody

Kate McKinnon jumps back in the closet in this hysterical parody of ‘Carol’.

The Oscars weren’t the only red carpet event this weekend. Saturday night saw the The Independent Spirit Awards, which honours independent film makers. Show hosts Kumail Nanjiani and Kate McKinnon took on lesbian-centric drama, Carol in this amazing parody.

McKinnon, who is the first openly lesbian SNL cast member, took on Cate Blanchett as she takes Rooney Mara’s character for a “clandestine glove lunch” at Lezzie’s Restaurant. Famous gays, Wanda Sykes and Jane Lynch guest star.
