Chaka Khan appeared on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’ and didn’t seem to know any of the lyrics to The Weather Girls’ hit song ‘It’s Raining Men’.

The 62 year-old took to the stage last night to perform a rendition of The Weather Girls’ hit, however, she seemed to stare intently at an autocue screen and still forget the lyrics.

Considering it was written by Paul Shaffer – who is a major part of Letterman’s showband – it’s kind of embarrassing.

Though her voice is clearly still flawless, we couldn’t help but notice her mumbled lyrics – maybe it’s just us but doesn’t everyone know the lyrics to It’s Raining Men?

People weren’t happy with her performance…

Others didn’t care because her voice is still amazing.

And others were really focusing on the relevant story at hand.
