21 year-old queer singer, Halsey, just covered her friend Justin Bieber’s hit ‘Love Yourself’ with one very NSFW lyric change.

Lets face it, when we sing Love Yourself in your head – who doesn’t change the lyric from ‘love’ to “You should go and FUCK yourself”?

Well Halsey, who JB collaborated with on his newest album Purpose, did her own NSFW version for Triple J’s Like A Version series – and in our opinion, it’s superior to the original.

The bisexual singer has been rumoured to be more than just good friends with the superstar, after the pair got very close during a recent live performance of The Feeling on The Today Show.

Speaking before her performance on Triple J, she said, “I have a song on his record… which is still a surprise to me! We performed the song together, actually for the first time ever [recently] and I was on stage with super baggy jeans and my short hair cut and whatever else.. and I am thinking to myself, ‘how cool is it that there are girls sitting at home watching the biggest male popstar in the world, you know, on stage with a girl who is not necessarily traditionally feminine or traditionally beautiful’. That was really cool for me.

“If I was that short haired, punk chick, sitting at home who secretly loved Justin Bieber I’d be like ‘You go! you get that!’.
