Drop everything – the premiere of Running Wild with Bear Grylls featuring Zac Efron aired last night on NBC.

As you already know, the full-time heartthrob and actor strapped himself into a harness and edged his way down the Catskill Mountains, ‘risking his life’ for our visual pleasure, and we have the clips.

The reality show, which takes stars on two day excursions alongside Bear Grylls, saw Efron drop some innuendo-filled lines such like “I should’ve packed my junk better”.

The Bad Neighbours star also discussed his stint in rehab, his love of performing, eat worms, and share some of his own skills – included dancing and marshmallow toasting – with Bear. Now we just have to wait by our screens for the Channing Tatum episode.
