BeLonG To and the Irish Congress of Trade Unions has today launched a new video to raise awareness of the homophobia and transphobia faced by LGBT young people at work.

In the new video, Stand Up at Work, young Irish people tell their stories of times that they have faced discrimination in the workplace.

BeLonG To says, “We know from listening to the young people we work with on a daily basis that they face significant challenges in finding and keeping work, and dealing with serious incidents of discrimination and exclusion. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Trans young people told us that when their colleagues and trade unions stood up for them, this really made a difference.”
