We’ve teamed up with the Irish Film Institute to give you a chance to win two tickets to a classic film double bill with Sunday brunch included!
The Hangover Lounge is an open invitation to spend an indulgent Sunday afternoon at the IFI enjoying a delicious brunch in the IFI Café Bar and then soaking up a pairing of two great films.
On Sunday, June 28, sit back and watch one of silent cinema’s most luminous and iconic stars, Louise Brooks, in Pandora’s Box and Diary of a Lost Girl as part of The Hangover Lounge. Brooks portrays seductive, uninhibited Lulu in Pandora’s Box (2pm) and innocent, mistreated Thymian in Diary of a Lost Girl (4pm), both directed by G.W. Pabst.
As if these two classic films weren’t enough of a draw, the IFI Café Bar is serving up classic hangover lounge fare such as traditional eggs benedict, or French toast or an American style pancake stack (smothered in your choice of chocolate, fruit or maple syrup). The only challenge of your Sunday will be deciding what to choose!
