Have a few too many cocktails on a Saturday night and need some major TLC the next day? The IFI has you covered! Get down to The Hangover Lounge – an open invite to get yourself a delicious brunch from the Café Bar and a double bill of two movie classics.
To mark the release of A Walk in the Woods, the new adventure comedy starring Robert Redford and Emma Thompson, this month’s Hangover Lounge presents one of the great cinematic double acts, a young Redford and Paul Newman in their multiple-Oscar-winning collaborations with director George Roy Hill.
Written by William Goldman, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (2:00PM) follows the careers of the two Wild West outlaws from their ousting from the famed Hole In The Wall Gang to their flight to Bolivia.
In caper film The Sting (4:00PM), the two are professional grifters who unite in a complicated and incredibly entertaining plot to con a mob boss.
Different brunch and ticket combinations are available so you can cure your hangover your own way!
