As a part of the 44th annual Liberties Festival, Shane Bitney Crone star of award winning documentary ‘Bridegroom’, will do a Q&A to coincide with the only Irish screening of the film.
The Festival is proud to present the premiere and only Irish screening of the multi-award winning, critically acclaimed documentary film Bridegroom – winner of Best Documentary at 2013 Tribeca Film Festival and endorsed by Oprah Winfrey – which tells the story of Shane Bitney Crone following the tragic death of his partner Tom Bridegroom.
The Los Angeles Times called the documentary “A poignant, powerful tale of first love and untimely death as well as a practical, frankly undeniable, plea for marriage equality.”
Shane Bitney Crone will be visiting from Los Angeles for a Q&A moderated by GAZE film Festival Programmer, Emma Connors, following the free screening on Wednesday, July 16 at Wood Quay Venue. This event is free but requires booking. Book here.
