The new year is approaching, which means it’s time to get organised, and we can’t think of a better way to get your ducks in a row than with a calendar complete with steamy firefighters. That’s right, our favourite Aussie firefighters are back with their annual calendars, featuring the most adorable roster of animals.
In addition to providing some eye-candy to our walls – and all the warm and fuzzies we could ask for – buying an Australian Firefighter calendar also helps to support the group’s chosen charities.
This year, money raised from sales of the Australian Firefighters Calendar will go towards several very deserving charities, including the Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital, the South Australian Native Animal Rescue, the Kids with Cancer Foundation, CAVFA, and the Safe Haven Animal Rescue.

Fundraising for charity has been a core tenet of the Australian Firefighter Calendar ever since its inception in 1993. Since then, over $3,500,000 (approximately €1,955,500) has been raised for causes that support people and animals alike.
This year, calendar aficionados have five editions to choose from, including a dog calendar, a cat calendar, and a horse calendar. For those looking to mix it up, the Australian Calendars have also released a mixed animal calendar featuring a variety of furry friends. Or, if you want just to feast your eyes on some hunky firefighters, the Hero Calendar is for you.

The calendars cost €14.99 plus shipping, and are all available to be purchased from the Australian Firefighters website right now.
The Aussie firefighters are not the only hotties releasing a charity calendar this year. New Zealand has marked a powerful milestone with the release of its first-ever women’s firefighter calendar, shining a spotlight on the courage and capability of wāhine serving on the front line.
The Wāhine Toa Firefighter Calendar features thirteen full-time career firefighters from nine stations across three cities, all proudly stepping forward to challenge stereotypes, uplift one another and support an important cause, breast cancer research.
