After winning four Grammys on Sunday night, a very sleep deprived and hungover Sam Smith took a visit to The Ellen Degeneres Show the next day to chat about his big win.

We can forgive him for having a bit too much alcohol after Sunday night’s ceremony. The 22 year-old walked home with four Grammys for his album In The Lonely Hour. 

“I went to bed at 6.30… [I slept] for like four hours. Sorry guys. I’ve had to put a lot of make-up on my face to not look red.”

Four Grammys? Hey, we would be out on the razz too!
