A US commercial for Wells Fargo depicts the efforts of two women who are learning sign language, in order to communicate with their new deaf adoptive daughter.

 
At first, it is unclear as to why these two women are learning sign language; they learn a number of phrases, such as “are you cold?” and “I’m so proud of you”.

Eventually, we see the two women in a room with a young girl. The first woman signs “hello, beautiful” before continuing, “we’re going to be your new mommies”.

Earlier this month, the US bank, along with other huge corporations such as Microsoft and Google, called for the US Supreme Court to strike down bans on gay marriage around the US.
