Charli xcx has just revealed an exciting twist for her upcoming performance at music festival Primavera Sound 2025 in Barcelona. The pop star, who is set to headline the festival’s opening night, will be joined onstage by none other than Troye Sivan for a special performance dubbed “Sweat Pt. 2”.
This marks the continuation of their electrifying collaboration following their successful “Sweat Tour”, which took North America by storm this past fall.
Charli teased the announcement on social media, posting, “ok so i know it’s already been announced that im headlining primavera next year, but i had this idea……… @troyesivan u wanna ?”
The post was accompanied by a sleek graphic that confirmed their reunion as part of her set. According to a press release, the Barcelona show on June 5, 2025, will be the duo’s European debut of “Sweat” and the only European performance planned for the project.

The original “Sweat Tour” saw Charli and Troye hit 22 cities across North America, selling out venues with their high-energy, genre-defying pop performances. Fans in Europe who missed out will now get the chance to witness their chemistry live at Parc del Fòrum during the iconic festival.
Also performing on the same day as the pop star is an impressive stack. FKA twigs, Jamie xx, IDLES, beabadoobee, Denzel Curry, Sturgill Simpson, Cassandra Jenkins, and Magdalena Bay are just a few of the artists sharing the stage with her that night.
In addition to Charli xcx, Primavera boasts an incredible lineup for 2025. Other headliners include Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter, who will each headline separate nights. The festival will run from June 5-7, with single-day tickets available for fans who want to catch specific performances.
