Last Friday, Shane Janek (aka Courtney Act) snatched the crown and became champion of Celebrity Big Brother.

In the final, it was a head-to-head between Ann Widdecombe and Courtney Act.

It was revealed that Courtney received almost half of all the votes (49.43%). Ann Widdecombe received 39.50% of the vote.

Since it was announced that she had won the public vote, her fellow drag sisters have been pouring congratulations to Courtney on social media.

However… where’s the fun in having a drag sister without a little shade, leave it to comedy queens Trixie Mattel and Bianca Del Rio to spill the T…

Whats Next For Courtney Act?

Since leaving the house, Courtney has announced a UK and Ireland tour which includes a date in Dublin’s Tivoli theatre on June 12th.

Reunited

Courtney aka Shane Janek, also spent yesterday evening catching up with fellow big brother housemate Andrew Brady. The pair wined and dined in a London restaurant.

It has been announced that Andrew is set to be a judge at a Porn Idol, a gay club night in London’s nightclub Heaven where members of the audience strip to be in with a chance to win a cash prizes.

Promoters said: “Anyone who calls Ann Widdecombe a c**t deserves to judge G-A-Y Porn Idol.”

In an exclusive interview with Gay Times magazine, he spoke of the feud with Widdecombe saying that homophobia is homphobia regardless of age. He said:

“Someone like Ann has been in the public eye, has been educated, and I don’t think people in that instance can be forgiven.

“Prejudice is prejudice. It doesn’t matter what shape it comes in, or size, or age – it’s still prejudice.

“I don’t want to compare the two to an extreme, but if you look at Donald Trump, he’s 71-years-old and we’re not using his age as an excuse as to why he’s getting away with all this stuff,” he continued.

Since leaving the Big Brother house, Courtney has reflected on the support she has received saying “It’s amazing to think that the public have chosen me, I guess it’s validation of the things I came here believing in.”

“My inspiration for coming into the house was a teenage boy who didn’t quite know where he belonged or how he fit in, and not knowing what that meant.

“I learned that it’s okay to be different.”

Condragulations Shane J, you’re a winner baby!
