Deaf America’s Next Top Model winner Nyle DiMarco is giving us life with his sign language rendition of Ariana Grande’s video for her hit 7 Rings, and we are obsessed.
Nyle identifies as sexually fluid and has often spoken out about the need for visibility of the deaf community.
The model is joined by a set of backup dancers, who also occasionally rap in American Sign Language in the raunchy video.
Fans online are absolutely loving Nyle’s rendition of the video, with one fan writing on Twitter, “I don’t retweet music videos, but this ASL rendition of 7 Rings is amazing — love the creative ways that @NyleDiMarco continues to advocate for deaf community representation.”

One fan tweeted about what this kind of representation means to them, tweeting, “when I took ASL for a year (2 semesters), I learned about Nyle DiMarco, then followed him on social media and learned a lot about what he does for the deaf/HoH community. and now he does this and I have never respected and loved him even more.”

Last year, Nyle advocated for the inclusion of captions in music videos so that they can be enjoyed by deaf people as well, tweeting at Vevo asking for captions on Ariana Grande’s video for Thank U, Next, writing, “You earn more than 650 million per year and can’t even add captions to Ariana Grande’s #ThankUNextVideo. There ARE closed caption services that will cost you ONLY $6 (or less) to INSTANTLY appeal to a wider audience. There are 466mill people with hearing loss. Thank u, next.”
Ariana Grande has since shared the video on social media with the simple caption, “Love this so much.”

Nyle freaked out like any of us would, replying “ARIANA SHARED”.
