Matt Bomer is set to make his American Horror Story debut in the most horrific episode of ‘Freak Show’ yet.

American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy is adding more and more gay heartthrobs to the Freak Show cast. Yesterday we reported that Neil Patrick Harris and his husband David Burtka would both be appearing on the series, and now we see Magic Mike hunk Matt Bomer joining Murphy’s world of terror.

Murphy told The Hollywood Reporter that Bomer would feature in episode five in a seven page scene in which something “horrible, dastardly and really f—ed up” happens. He added that it “maybe one of the most disturbing things we’ve ever done and a true horror scene.”

It’s not the first time that Bomer and Murphy have teamed up. The actor guest starred on an episode of Glee, and also appeared in Murphy’s Emmy Award winning film adaptation of The Normal Heart.

American Horror Story episode five airs in the US next Wednesday.
