Mind yourself! Good Mood Fest returns for another year in The Outhouse

The festival, run by Dublin Lesbian Line and See Change is centred around mental health and is billed as a day of “learning, meeting new people, sharing ideas and stories of how we can look after our mental health.”

Last years festival was a big hit, and this year the organisers have expanded the lineup.

The day long event will feature:

Food workshops and demonstrations with the Lovely Laura Louise Condell
Comedy, spoken word and music performances with comedian Eve Darcy, poets Mel Kavanagh and Alvy Carragher and more
Workshop for parents by comedian and herfamily.ie writer Sharyn Hayden
Workshop on Moving and Mental Health hosted by fitness guru comedian Licky Rake with guests from the world of sport.

The annual Soap Box Session is back too, giving LGBTQ people a platform to speak about their personal experiences.

It all takes place on Saturday 11th June 2016 from 12-6pm at the Outhouse on Capel St and is completely free.

All genders and sexualities are welcome too!
