18 year-old Evan Young, was banned from giving his valedictorian speech in which he planned to come out to everyone at school. He got a second chance, this time speaking to hundreds of thousands of viewers on The Nightly Show on MSNBC.

 
Before his high school graduation, Evan Young had penned an emotional speech aimed at his fellow classmates in which he was to come out as gay. Once his principal got wind of the content, Evan was banned from delivering it.

The story made national headlines in the US, and The Nightly Show host Larry Wilmore invited the teen on to finally get to do his speech, to an audience of almost half a million viewers.
