‘X-Men’ enemies and real life best mates Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart smooched at the premiere of Mr. Holmes in London last night.

The long time buds were reunited at the premiere of McKellen’s new film, Mr. Holmes, the story of an elderly Sherlock Holmes who is struggling to remember details of his final case.

Their PDA is no surprise. The famous friends often go on trips together – remember their epic tour of New York? McKellen even officiated Stewart’s wedding to Sunny Ozell. CUTE.
