“Justice will be served,” gay porn star Jessie Colter tweeted today, after allegedly being ejected from a water park and called ‘queer’.

Colter was ordered to leave the Kentucky Kingdom water park for wearing red Speedos by a Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) police officer. The porn actor says a Public Safety Officer had already given him leave to enter the park.

The Kentucky Kingdom dress code, as outlined on its website, says that the park reserves the right to determine whether guests are dressed inappropriately.

According to Colter, the Officer who approached him about his attire called him “queer”. Colter then made a decision to leave the park.

The porn star tweeted today about the incident, suggesting that there will be a legal outcome to the incident.

“It appears that justice will be served in the matter of my recent incident involving my brief cut trunks That’s all for now stay tuned folks,” he wrote.
