Laverne Cox has a full schedule lately – not only is she currently promoting the second season of Orange Is The New Black, but she’s also found the time for a special man in her life.

The actress and transgender rights activist is currently producing an MTV one-hour special about four transgender teenagers as well as a documentary, CeCe McDonald, about a trans woman who was sent to a mens prison after defending herself in a transphobic attack.

She told E! News, “I’m managing to find time to date, I’m seeing someone but we haven’t defined what we’re doing, we’re just enjoying each other’s company and having a very good time and laughing together and supporting each other”.

While the star of the Netflix series is unsure about having children or getting married, she added, “I believe in love, I want to be in love and in a partnership with a man who loves and respects me”.

Cox recently became the first trans person to appear on the Time magazine.
