On the last night of his solo tour, Harry Styles once again supported the LGBT+ community on stage. The singer suggested that everyone is “a little bit gay”.

Whether he’s dancing around the stage with rainbow flags or helping fans come out, the former One Direction singer has supported the LGBT+ community at nearly every show during his world tour.

Styles concluded his solo tour in California this weekend. During the last show, he read a fan sign that said, “I’m gay and I love you.”

The singer replied, “I love you as well, thank you for coming… and we’re all a little bit gay, aren’t we?”. The crowd erupted into cheers and applause. The singer cheekily repeated, “We’re all a little bit gay” before continuing his performance.

Many fans believe that Styles was speaking to his own sexuality on stage.

LGBT+ fans and allies praised the singer’s statement on Twitter which came days after he helped a fan come out to her mom on stage.

The singer is no stranger to showing his support for the LGBT+ community on stage or through activism.

He recently donated a pair of rainbow Gucci loafers, made famous during his Dunkirk press tour, to a raffle for London Friend- an LGBT+ charity in the UK.

In March, Styles performed a new song, “Medicine”, for the first time where the lyrics hinted at the singer’s own sexual fluidity.

The lyrics say: “The boys and the girls are here, I mess around with them, and I’m okay with it.

“I’m coming down, I figured out I kinda like it, and when I sleep I’m gonna dream of how you tasted.”

Fans declared it a bisexual anthem and Styles once again reaffirmed his status as a queer icon.

In the past, Styles has said that his sexuality isn’t something he feels he needs to label.
