Madonna and Miley Cyrus have teased that they might be collaborating on Madonna’s new album.

Are we shocked? Not really. Excited? Quite a bit, yes! We all know that Madonna appeared on Miley’s MTV Unplugged session, almost breaking the internet in the process. Whether you loved it, loathed or cringed at it – it was definitely cool to see two of the most controversial female pop artists from different eras bridge the generation gap.

Now it looks like they are at it again. Madonna let a special Cyrus related surprise slip in an Instagram post this week. The original queen of pop posted a photo of lyrics from a song (possibly) called Rebel Heart from her upcoming album. Along with the post, she included the caption “Wash all over me………. #rebelheart” and she had also tagged Miley Cyrus and Wrecking Ball co-songwriter MoZella before quickly deleting the tags.

Shortly after, Miley Cyrus then took to her Instagram and uploaded a selfie while wearing an old school Madonna t-shirt. 

While neither Miley or Madonna’s camp has confirmed the collab, it’s pretty safe to say that Miley has twerked her way onto the new Madonna record. An announcement is imminent. Watch this space.
