Legendary pro-skater Tony Hawk has become the latest celebrity to endorse HRC’s Americans For Marriage Equality campaign.

Tony Hawk, who became a household name in the 1980s and 1990s for being one of the best pro-skateboarders in the world, recorded a message of support for the campaign. In the clip, he says, “People ask me all the time, ‘What advice do I have for kids who want to become pro-skaters?’ I always say pretty much the same thing work hard and follow your heart. That’s how I feel about marriage equality, we all deserve to follow our hearts.”

The video comes in a recent wave of celebrities who have voiced their support for the LGBT community. Last week, Oscar winner Susan Sarandon recorded a similar message for the cause.
