Irish writer Roddy Doyle posts a conversation between two fictional Irish lads about the upcoming Marriage Equality Referendum, and it’s funny.
The legendary writer of The Barrytown Trilogy, Roddy Doyle, posted a piece on his Facebook page of a conversation between two men in the pub, discussing how they will vote in the upcoming referendum.
Doyle is known for posting snippets of conversations between unnamed characters and this is no different.
The conversation between two unnamed (seemingly) male characters consists of one man discussing why he will vote yes in the upcoming referendum. The reasoning behind his decision is brilliant, check it out below.
