Vodafone Comedy Carnival 2017 Releases A Stellar Line-Up!

Vodafone are bringing world-class comedians to Galway October 24th-30th.

The Vodafone Comedy Carnival Galway has announced its 2017 programme, and it’s jammed packed with mixture of stellar international acts and the cream of the Irish comedy crop .

With 75 shows and over 100 acts, the week-long festival has something for everyone.

The festival returns for its third year in a row, looking bigger and better than ever. Coming fresh off the Vodafone Comedy Festival, arguably one of the best comedy festivals in Europe, The Carnival will set up their Spiegeltent hub in Eyre Square for the week-long festivities.

The Dublin based Vodafone Comedy Festival and the Comedy Carnival bring audiences combinations of top-class comedians from all over the world.

Dara O’Briain, Foil Arms & Hog, David O’Doherty, The Rubberbandits, Katherine Lynch and Ardal O’Hanlon are just some of the Irish comedians announced in the Carnivals programme, as well some stellar international acts. Don’t miss big names like Katy Brand, Reginald D Hunter and Rich Hall.

As well as an array of stand-up comedians, the festival offers the Faulty Towers: The Dining Experience, Stephen Frost’s Impro AllStars, The Irish Comedian of the Year Grand Final and One Night Stand (scenes from Louis CK’s web sitcom Horace & Pete).

The Comedy Carnival are taking over The Al Porter Show for the week

Al Porter will be chatting to some of the festivals performers in Edinburgh this week on The AL Porter Show on Today FM, bringing listeners exclusive news on the festival and giving away trips to the Carnival.
