Mariah Carey has raised questions about the condition of her once legendary vocals with a lip-synced performance on The Today Show.

During a rendition of her classic hit Aways Be My Baby, 45 year-old Carey was caught on camera by a fan in the audience, when the singer forgot the words to the song (see the 2:35 mark).

Mimi, who releases her 14th studio album, Me. I Am Mariah…The Elusive Chanteuse on May 23, previously caused concern for the well-being of her voice when she performed a winded version of her money-maker, All I Want For Christmas is You last December.

To be fair, Mariah recovered pretty well with a few token warbles and some signature arm flailing.
