After a long (too long) wait, RuPaul’s Drag Race has finally revealed it’s new trailer and a premiere date.

Set to debut on March 2 in the US, season seven of RuPaul’s Drag Race has brought in two brand-spanking new judges, Carson Kressley of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and TV personality Ross Mathews, who have been brought in to replace Santino Rice. They will join RuPaul and Michelle Visage on the panel.

In a statement to the media, Executive Producer RuPaul said: “Yes, Virginia, there is a gay Santa Claus! I asked for a new, wickedly funny, smart and experienced judge…and I got two! Ross and Carson are the perfect addition to the RuPaul’s Drag Race family because they’re not just showbiz experts, they’re superfans and longtime lovers of the art of drag.”

Mathews said: “I have never been more qualified to do anything in my entire life. As quite possibly the biggest superfan of RuPaul’s Drag Race in the entire galaxy, I take my position as a judge very seriously, and will proudly serve as a voice for my fellow superfans – albeit in a very high-pitched voice.”

Santino was a contestant on Project Runway and was one of that show’s most celebrated designers before boarding Drag Race.

RuPaul’s Drag Race will also feature appearances from guest judges including Ariana Grande, Mel B, Kathy Griffin, Demi Lovato, Olivia Newton-John, Alyssa Milano, Jordin Sparks, Kat Dennings and John Waters.
