If you thought his previous releases were emotionally-charged, you better get the Kleenex ready for Sam Smith’s latest music video, featuring Glee actress Dianna Agron and Six Feet Under‘s Chris Messina.

The Luke Monaghan-directed clip shows a picture-perfect, All-American couple, white picket fences and all – but there’s just one thing – he’s cheating and she knows it.

Watch Agron’s character unravel, hit the bottle and lose her mascara just as soon as her husband leaves for ‘work’ (or mistress?) in the clip that hardly features Sam Smith at all.

GCN cover boy Sam Smith has been carving out quite a niche for himself as a pop star with soul with his album In The Lonely Hour, and if continues in this direction, we could have a Man Adele on our hands before we know it.
