Shia LaBeouf explains to Jimmy Kimmel how he managed to get arrested while in the audience of a Broadway production of ‘Cabaret’.

Shia has long since shed his Disney Channel persona – besides his risqué role in Nymphomaniac he’s also been rattling a few cages with is dodgy off screen antics. He hit the headlines again earlier this year, when his drunken adventures landed him in trouble with the NYPD.

His journey to the jail cell apparently starts in our Emerald Isle, while Shia was visiting his Irish girlfriend. Of course, he had a few too many Irish whiskeys before catching his flight back to the US. When in Rome, eh? But sorry Shia, we’re not taking the blame for this disaster.

Like something from Superbad, Shia explains his wacky night which features a homeless man, a cabaret dancer, three sexy older ladies, a hoard of double whiskeys and a seductive Alan Cumming.

Perhaps TOO seductive, as Shia couldn’t keep his hands off the star.

“I slapped and grabbed him. I grabbed the whole cheek cause I wanted the party right here in my pants. I wanted to grab the whole party. He finds a way to wiggle out of my Hercules grip…we get to intermission and somebody says ‘there’s another party outside’.

“And I see six cops having their own party. Anyways, they wanted to take me to the station.”
