Tegan and Sara feature in a new video by LA based band Night Terrors of 1927 for the song ‘When You Were Mine’.

The video shows the twin sisters, along with Night Terrors of 1927‘s Jarrod Gorbel and Blake Sennett – Night Terrors’ debut album Everything’s Coming Up Roses will be released on January 20.

Gorbel and Sennett take on main vocals, with Tegan and Sara featured.

The band told Rolling Stone:

“When first written, the song was inspired by one specific relationship […] As it evolved, it became less personal and more universal, a snapshot of those relationships that burn intensely at the outset but are ultimately doomed. The flickering of the characters in the video helped symbolize the pattern we repeat in our desperate search to feel whole or to find love.”
