Watch the first trailer for the film adaptation of Emma Donoghue’s best selling novel, ‘Room’.

Room, directed by Lenny Abrahamson (known for Frank, What Richard Did, Adam & Paul) and starring Brie Larson, has gotten it’s first trailer and already it’s hotly tipped as a big winner for awards season.

The 2010 book, written by openly gay Irish author Emma Donoghue, tells the story of a young mother raising her child in captivity – before escaping and trying to adjust to life beyond their confinement.
