Mother, Dublin’s most fun Saturday night club, supporting GCN Forever, brings it back to basics with a retro and modern synth-pop dancefloor fusion every Sat night at Copper Alley on Exchange Street (just across from the back entrance to the Front Lounge).
Conceived in 2010 Mother has gone from strength to strength and has had some very special guests down to play, namely; Shit Robot, LCD Soundsystem, The Rubberbandits, Jd Samson (Men), Austra, Kool Thing and many more.
Mother is an old school club night where music and cheap drinks are the focus rather than fancy shows, pretentious lighting and effects – an old fashioned dance club is born, spinning the best of ‘Strictly Synth’ toons. This all electro gay club night attracts an eclectic clientele of all ages and styles who keep coming back for more.
