GAZE International LGBTQIA Film Festival
July 29 to August 4
The 33rd edition of this legendary festival is already in full swing. With a seven-day programme packed full of Irish trans rom-coms, ‘90s lesbian classics, multi-award-winning features and much more, the festival promises a spectacular celebration of Irish and international queer cinema. Get Your Freak On!
August 2
This glittering new Pride clubnight is produced by the legendary collectives behind Dyke Nite, Zoo Night and Fuego And Flavour. Aiming to create a safe (and extremely fun) space for the Dykes and the Dolls, this Pride party is taking place at The Pav, in Cork. Grab your tickets here!
MILK Pride Party
August 2
Marking Pride in Cork, Milk is coming back for another wild night of queer dancing. The queer collective is set to host a hard, heavy and deep night at Dali with special guests and High Hoops resident Aiden Francis. Tickets here.

The Ringmasters Drag Race – The Revue
August 2
Celebrates all things drag at this fabulous queer event happening in August, taking place just the night before Cork Pride. The incredibly talented Paul Ryder will host a high-camp extravaganza of sequins, sass, and stiletto heels featuring a fierce lineup of drag royalty from Cork and beyond. Tickets here.

Regina and the Queens
August 3

Belfast Trans Pride Fundraiser
August 9
Organised to raise money and awareness for the Belfast Trans Pride Festival, this event is taking place at the Oh Yeah Music Centre in Belfast. Dykonic
August 9
Dykonic, a brand-new music festival for queer women+, is set to take place at the gorgeous Orlagh house in Dublin. Hosted by comedian Ella Wills, it will feature a 100% FLINTA (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender) lineup, including Beth McCarthy, ARXX, Fox Gunn, Vanès, Inge Lamboo, Bobbi Arlo, and Ettie. Lynch Cup

Sarsfields Rugby is launching an all-Ireland LGBTQ+ inclusive tag and contact rugby tournament, titled the Lynch Cup. The cup is named after Sarsfields teammate, Sarah Lynch, who passed away in December of 2023.
