YouTube channel Culture Beats asked people from all over the globe how they would feel if their son or daughter came out as gay – and the responses are heartwarming.

Attitudes towards LGBT people vary around the globe – in some countries being gay is punishable by jail time, while others LGBT people are valued and protected under the law and not seen as any different to straight people.
