Reading at night (or anytime after 4pm in Winter in Ireland)? We’ve got a handy new ‘Night Reading’ feature that darkens the screen to make it easier on your eyes when reading after dark!

And to make things even easier on your eyes, the ‘Text Size’ option allows you to increase or decrease the font size so you can read GCN at a size that suits you.

Tablet App

Taking the print edition as a jumping off point, we’ve created a custom tablet version of GCN to serve you up an incredible reading experience that you just won’t want to put down.

With a slick interface, you can swipe left and right to change article, swipe up and down to change pages within an article and tap to bring up the main navigation. No more pinching to zoom, no more waiting for your tablet to load the page when you swipe left and right – just instant GCN goodness!

Within the tablet edition, you can bookmark where you were from the main navigation or tap on the play, plus and minus icons to interact with video content, images and more.
