In this new series ‘The Fitting Room’, professional Irish fashion designers are paired with members of the public to solve genuine clothing conundrums.

Does that plaid shirt match with those denim trousers? What about that sequined dress that has been waiting to be worn in your wardrobe? Is a bandana a fashion outrage? ‘The Fitting Room’ will help you with all that and more.

Fashion is a fun way to express your inner self, personality and determine how the outside world sees you. But… what if you have an unusual body shape, are are gender non-conforming or live with disabilities?

Finding outfits that really fit, flatter and flaunt your individual style can be a near impossible and frustrating task.

What if RTÉ can help find the perfect style for you? Those doubts about what looks good or not, if you can pull something off or not? We might have the answers to your fashion prayers.

RTÉ are bringing this help in the form of a new programme ‘The Fitting Room’. It’s a six-part series and each episode will be around one hour long. Designers will work with individuals to come up with a unique bespoke outfit for a special event.

This could be anything from an interview, a graduation, a birthday, or whatever is important to them- big or small!

No more insecurities or doubts about how you can express yourself. The world is waiting to see what you can offer.

More than fashion help, the most important thing will be bringing people together, making them realise and appreciate how beautiful they are, no matter of size, shape, condition or preference. There is room for everyone in the Fitting Room.
