Love Sensation, the brand new ultimate queer festival brought to you from the people behind the legendary Mother club has just the stage times. Here’s everything you need to know.
What are the dates?
Taking over the grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Dublin on August 17 and 18, the two-day music and arts festival is aimed at the LGBT+ community and their many friends.
Who can we expect to see?
The incredible list of acts topping the bill on the main stage across the weekend includes the incomparable Lily Allen, the insanely great Clean Bandit, the unmissable Gossip and the one and only Kelis! We know, right? And who else could host a main stage heaving with those heavyweights? There really is only one woman for the job – step forward Panti Bliss!
The weekend will also see a jaw-dropping set of performances from acts such as Soulé, Daithí, Horse Meat Disco, Andy Butler (Hercules & Love Affair), Kelly-Anne Byrne and many more. Consider yourselves officially spoiled.
Alongside main stage antics, expect tons of surprises from The George stage and a Mother Dance Tent you won’t want to leave.
Need to catch a breather after all that dancing? Well, prepare to be gagged as Dublin drag legends Dragged Up bring a host of the finest drag queens ever to grace RuPaul’s legendary show for your delectation. Yes, Gawd! Prepare for All-Stars 4 winner Monet X Change alongside classic queens Naomi Smalls, Jujubee, Laganja Estranja and Sonique!
