10 days after coming out as HIV-positive, Charlie Sheen is back in the news

RadarOnline claims it has obtained a video of the actor smoking crack in a Las Vegas hotel room and then performing oral sex on a man.

According to RadarOnline, the video was used as evidence during a $20 million lawsuit against Sheen in which the man accused Sheen of giving him herpes.

The lawsuit claimed the two men met in Las Vegas in April 2011. According to the plaintiff, Sheen “entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires.”

After assuring the man he had “no venereal diseases,” the two went watched porn together and engaged in “mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and intercourse.”

According to RadarOnline, the lawsuit was eventually settled out of court.

However, Sheen’s lawyer in the case, Keith Davidson, issued a statement last night saying the alleged video was not part of the case, which he said was dismissed.

“Though there was video evidence involved in the aforementioned case, that video evidence did not come close to portraying what you have described. Furthermore, there was but one copy of that … video evidence (which) was irretrievably destroyed.”
