It seemed like a match made in girl heaven, but now it looks like Katherine Moennig and Evan Rachel Wood have called it quits on their short-lived romance.

Starting out with a Twitter flirtationship, and culminating in some full on PDAs – Us Weekly now report that Katherine has pulled a “Shane” and ditched the blonde beauty after a mere few months.

Although the couple had remained tight lipped about their romance, the former star of The L Word (36) has reportedly been shmoozing Evan (27) for months until last weeks split. If Evan’s cryptic tweets are anything to go by, it seems that the break up was anything but amicable. She shared, what we can only assume is, her go-to break up songs over Twitter (no judgement here, we all have them).
