Old friends, Haim and Lauren Mayberry ( CHVRCHES ) recorded a ridiculously silly Podcast together at Pitchfork Festival – and it’s amazing.

Despite being from opposite sides of the globe, the Californian sisters and the Glaswegian trio are old tour mates. The two bands came out around the same time and are huge fans of each other. So, when The Talkhouse spotted Este Haim in the VIP area at Pitchfork Festival they asked her did she want to do a quick backstage Podcast with Lauren, she jumped at the chance. The other 2/3 of Haim got wind of this and wanted to sit in too.

So, the four old buds touch on some hard hitting topics like:

 

– The correct pronunciation of ‘GIF’  (it’s a hard G sound, right?)

– Partying like P.Diddy on a boat

– Shark attacks

– Beach balls flying at faces
